The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for the Mother Lode, the Central Sierra Nevada Foothills, and the Northern San Joaquin Valley from from 2 PM this afternoon through 9 PM Saturday evening.

Twain Harte Community Services District will have the Legion Hall facility open as a cooling center at 18775 Manzanita Dr. on Wednesday and Thursday from 12-4pm and Friday from 12-5pm.
