Facility Rentals

Twain Harte Community Services District has multiple facilities available to rent for private or community activities. Please see below for all of our rental options and click the links next to each photo for additional information on each facility.

COMMUNITY CENTER

The Twain Harte Community Center, located at 18775 Manzanita Drive, exists to provide indoor space for small community events, as well as private events, such as birthday parties. It also is used for an emergency warming center/shelter. The community center has an occupancy of approximately 85 and is equipped with bathrooms, a kitchen, tables and chairs. EPROSON PARK

Eproson Park, located downtown off of Meadow Lane, is a great place for everyday recreation and provides a perfect atmosphere for enjoying the beauty of our forested community.

Eproson Park features multiple sites for rental including a picnic area and a stage and parking area for large events. To learn more about the different sites, please click here.

MEADOWS PARK

Meadows Park is located next to Eproson Park in the heart of downtown Twain Harte. The new park includes features specifically designed to gather community together, including a large rustic pavilion, and barbecue island, and several smaller picnic/bbq areas, all of which are available for rent. BOCCE COURTS

The Bocce Court serve as the core connection between Eproson Park and Twain Harte Meadows Park. Featuring two courts with shade structures over each end and picnic tables under a pavilion, all available for rent. BASEBALL FIELD

Located next to Eproson Park, the baseball field is available to rent for organized sports, events both big and small and concession stand use. For more information on all the ballfield has to offer, click here.

TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS

The Twain Harte Tennis and Pickleball Courts, located on Marquis Drive, provide multiple courts in a beautiful forested setting. Our higher elevation provides a temperate climate for summertime play. Courts are open from 7:00 a.m. to dusk and available to rent, click here for more info.
