It has been 6 months since Tom began working remotely and the Board would like to hear from you to see how it is working out from your perspective. Because we strive for continual improvement in everything we do, this is an opportunity to take a look at what we’re doing and see if there are any ways we can adjust to improve things.
The evaluation will occur in closed session at our next Board meeting – January 12th. The Board would love if you would attend so they can hear from you in person; however, they understand that you might want to provide your feedback by taking a survey instead. The surveys will be sent to Kim, who will gather all feedback for the Board. You may submit a survey anonymously or provide your name.
Please fill out the below survey no later than WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 5th
OR
Come to the Board meeting on January 12th to provide feedback in person.
